Born during the pandemic, when the whole world was stuck at home and going a little stir crazy. We needed a cup worth getting out of bed for, so we built one.
75% Honduran Santa Rosa brings the sweet, milk-chocolate smoothness. 25% estate Colombian Supremo adds body and depth. Then we take it to a Vienna roast: dark enough for a bittersweet edge, never so dark that the beans lose their character.
A blend made for a crazy time. Still our go-to when the day gets loud.
