"Win a Year of Crazy Fresh" Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. King Coffee & Tea Services Corp., doing business as Crazy Fresh Coffee, 4210 Edgeland Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48073 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period. The giveaway begins November 3, 2026 and ends December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period").
4. How to enter. During the Entry Period, submit your email address using the entry form at crazyfreshcoffee.com/pages/win or the email sign-up box on crazyfreshcoffee.com. Limit one entry per person and per email address, however many times or ways you sign up. Entries made with multiple or automated email addresses will be disqualified. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Crazy Fresh Coffee; you may unsubscribe at any time and your entry remains valid.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one of our 2 lb bags of Crazy Fresh coffee shipped every month for twelve (12) months, beginning January 2027, with the winner's choice of available coffee each month, shipped free to an address in the United States. Approximate retail value: $354. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitute is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a coffee becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
6. Winner selection and notice. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must reply within seven (7) days with a shipping address, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial and city in announcing the winner, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury or loss arising from participation or from the prize. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
8. Privacy. Entry information is used as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Not affiliated with social media. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
10. Winner's name. For the winner's first name and last initial, email crazyfresh@fiveoclockbrands.com after December 20, 2026 and before January 31, 2027.
