Pazzo is Italian for crazy, and this is our crazy-good espresso. Built for the shot: semi-sweet and dark chocolate up front, toasted hazelnut in the middle, natural brown-sugar sweetness at the finish, all under an extra-thick crema that lasts.
Pull it straight and it's balanced and smooth. Pour it into a latte or cappuccino and it still comes through the milk.
