Coffee was born in Ethiopia, and Yirgacheffe is its most celebrated growing region. High-grown beans with a delicate floral aroma, bright citrus notes and a clean, tea-like finish, unlike any other coffee in our lineup.
We roast it to Full City, our lightest roast, so the florals and citrus stay front and center while the body rounds out. A standout black, and the best way to taste how different origins really are.
