Crazy Fresh Coffee® Guatemala Coban Estate Light Roast Blend is the best example we have found the shows off what is so special about “Guats..” All of the beans are hand-picked and sorted so that only the perfect beans get bagged. Once these beans are roasted, everything pulls together and the coffee shines. We think this light roast is a bit brighter that our medium dark roast, is a great way to show off this beautiful perfect coffee as we think too dark would make it lose some if it’s delicious and natural nuances. 

 The Crazy Fresh Coffee® story begins with the coffees we source. We work with 4,5,6th generation family farmers, sourcing only the highest quality finest tasting coffee beans which are then meticulously roasted to perfection in small batches in Michigan, while maintaining maximum freshness and flavor and delivering it to you as soon as possible

Coffee Packaging and Storage 

Our Crazy Fresh Coffee® beans are packaged in air-tight, stand up, zipper bags that will only allow gasses to escape after roasting) out, while letting no air in. These bags are designed to keep our coffees fresh until way after our as our coffee lovers use the coffee. Push the air out before you re-seal the bag shut. It is also good practice to store coffee in our air-tight bag, free from light, moisture, heat and air.
